Here you'll find me - in the raw. My varied life might make some dizzy trying to follow me but I love it.

I am a runner. It's my time to be free in the open air, just me and God. No Ipod for me!

I am a mom to 2 sweet kiddos - 10 year old gal and 12 year old boy - that keep me learning and growing more than any other area in my life.

I am a wife to the man of my dreams (well, he is beyond my dreams) - my best friend and partner in all that I do. He's an advanced math and engineering teacher at his highschool. He teaches guitar, loves his family with tenderness, and never misses a chance to wink at me across a crowded room. I am committed to a balanced life of organic eating, playing outside in the sunshine, loving our Creator, and loving others. We can't ever go back to the way we were - and this blog is often focused on these topics of spirit, mind, and body balance.

I tend to smile a lot. It's just how my face rests.
